The Barbershop Bar is looking for Barbers who are not only knowledgeable and skilled in the tradition and trends of barbering, they are also SMART Serve certified and double as Bartenders. 

 

As a professional Barber, your primary focus is delivering an exceptional grooming experience that include basic and advanced barbering techniques such as the traditional hot towel straight razor steam shave.  Your main objective is to build positive relationships and create an exceptional grooming experience that ensures guests return and recommend/refer our services to others. 

 

We are looking for someone who is able to become a subject matter expert of menu items, possesses effective communication skills and displays a genuine interest in providing an exceptional grooming experience for each guest.  Must be well-groomed and professional. 

The Barbershop Bar is looking for Bartenders. We are in search of individuals able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

Our Bartenders support our Barbers by answering phones, greeting walk-in guests, responding to inquiries, and scheduling grooming appointments to support the overall appointment flow within the barbershop. We are looking for someone who is able to become a subject matter expert of menu items, possesses effective communication skills, and displays a genuine interest in providing an exceptional experience for each guest. 

A Kitchen Crew Member occupies a support role in the kitchen and prepares dishes under the guidance of a Head Chef.

 

Your primary responsibilities involve Customer Service, Food Preparation, Cleanliness of the food and beverage areas of the business.  A Kitchen Crew Cook is expected to receive and cook food orders, keeping track of specific orders including take-out orders, and ensure full orders are ready to be served in a timely manner.  You will also follow all health board regulations to ensure food safety and quality. 

 

We are looking for someone who is Guest Obsessed for the purposes of greeting guests, obtaining food orders, and promoting the food and beverage side of the business.
